MIGRATE PROBES TO PREPARATORY STAGE
Use your favorite FTP cl ient to: upload the migration package on all your probes
You need: Probes IPs
Account: ftp
Password: refer to documentation
Wait (can be few minutes) until the update process starts…

PREPARATORY STAGE UPGRADE
Wait until the probe reboots automatically
or click on the restart button
The probe will then restart

REVIEW THE PROBE LIST
Collector: OK - 3.2.99 (preparatory stage) Poller: Not Ok
Must be upgraded via FTP before next step

UPGRADE POLLERS FIRST TO 3.3
Once all probes are in the 3.2.99 version, start upgrading Pollers to 3.3
Use “Download” button to backup configuration files
Click on “Start Upgrade” to launch the upgrade process to the 3.3 version on each poller

POLLER IS UPGRADING TO 3.3 VERSION
During upgrade process,
the poller state is: « Down »

POLLER UPGRADE TO 3.3 VERSION: COMPLETED
When the upgrade is completed,
the poller state is: « Done »

FINISH 3.3 MIGRATION WITH THE COLLECTOR
Once all pollers are in the 3.3 version,
you can start upgrading the Collector
This page will be unavailable during the Collector upgrade. It can take more than 15 minutes!
