What are the “First Brand Awards”? The First Brand Awards are given every year to one company in
each industry which receives the highest satisfaction rating from consumers. Approximately 310,000 people participated by ballot in this year’s First Brand Awards, making it the largest-scaled award in the history of the event. In the Savings Bank Category, the final selection came down to nine banks among which JT Chinae Savings Bank received the highest marks.
