PRESENTATION FOR E-FILING OF INCOME-TAX RETURN FOR BOI USERS

Process: Assisted Filing

Click on the eFile IT return link given on Bank website under “ Online Services” or Visit myitreturn.com/boi

From the assisted filing tab, click ‘Start Now’ to proceed.

Login with your existing details or create a new user-id

Creating Secure Connection

Create a ‘Member’ (whose return is to be filed) by entering relevant details. This will be verified from the Income-tax

Department. Click ‘Save’ to continue.

You’ll be asked again to chose the way forward. Select Assisted filing.

Enter your personal and contact details and click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Make the payment of booking amount to schedule an appointment with a tax expert.

Once the payment is received, below steps will be followed.

• User will schedule an appointment with a tax expert

• User will share all relevant documents (form16,

housing loan details, etc.)

• Tax Expert will review and prepare the return while

interacting with the user.

• Once return is prepared, user will review and confirm

if any further changes required or not.

• User will proceed for final payment of filing fee to

confirm the return.

• User will get the ITR-V / Acknowledgment shortly

after confirmation.
