Our Forms of Temporary Employment

Service Conditions

Short fixed term employment

Maximum period for two months without the prospect of future direct employment. and special leave for Extra Talent. Guarantee of set number of work hours from client. No risks or costs in the event of sickness and special leave.

Interim employment Minimum of two months and up to 6 months without the prospect of future direct employment. No risks or costs in the event of sickness and special leave.

Temporary to fulltime employment

1040 hours of temporary employment with the view to employ the temp permanently. Transfer to fulltime employment without additional costs.

Project based employment

For the duration of a project of indefinite duration (e.g. maternity and sickness cover etc.) No prospect of future direct employment. No risks or costs in the event of sickness and special leave.
