The PAR Fund is unique example of investment of donor aid, based on decentralized management system, with established mechanisms of

Join Management Board of the PARF:

• provides its own legal acts,
• makes decisions at sessions or through procedure of written declaration,
• work based on domestic legal framework,
• provides and supervise the legality of all activities within the PARF
