Advantages of Shrink foil- it will keep out rain, dust, can resist wind speeds

up to 80km/h; - reduces delays in work progress during severe bad weather conditions; - strong ; can resist weights until 250Kg; - keeps waste and hazardous products inside the encapsulated area to prevent environmental pollution; - easier cleaning afterwards.

Applications- Construction and Scaffolding:

- strong and durable plastic scaffold cladding;- heat shrunk to create a drum tight and tear

resistant covering;- any size or shape of scaffold structure over roofs and

facades;- sheets are joined together by heat welding creating a

continuous skin around the scaffold structure;- no holes or gaps typical as with traditional sheeting;highly effective for applications where a high level of

containment or weather protection is required.

- contains Ultra Violet Inhibitors (UVI);- additives prevent from becoming brittle at low temp. - storage during long periods of time:

- enable any trapped moisture to escape. - alternatively self adhesive air vents can ensure a

cross air flow beneath the cover. - Volatile ant-corrosion layer prevents corrosion

of metals.

Applications- Events

Even for stages Shrink Foil can be used to make it waterproof. With extra pictures or laser projections you can create advertising on the surface of the foil. - Transportation

- Using a Heavy duty industrial shrink foil;- A covering as tight as drum skin makes sure that the

product remains protected under all conditions.- Sharp edges need some protection before wrapping;- Shrink Wrap fits so tight that requirement for padding

is minimised.

New Development “Contact Adhesive”Fire Hazard Zones & Petrochemical Industries - A new method of encapsulating where heat shrinking of

the foil is not required.- The shrink foil is being attached with a high grip contact

adhesive or high grip double sided tape.- Cost effective: not much more expensive then traditional

heat shrunk. Material maintains original thickness -> Thinner material can be used to have equal consistency.- Can be done during the normal production process.- Does not require hot works permits.
