Stretching and shaping abilities of a student in the proper field not only guides a student his destination but gives society what it needs.. A Doctor, engineer, businessman……….

Her ineffaceable effort and dedication towards school have brought up school to new heights. Her passion and hard work present herself as a paragon to the society. And I strongly believe that she is not only a contributor to the organization but also a contributor to society.

QUESTION AND ANSWERING

Me: How many years of experience you had as a principal..?

Mam: I have been teaching since I was a student only… before 20

years And i am the principal of Naimisharanya school since 2008.

Me: Since you are a successful…, how do you

take your work..?

Mam: 1) as a goal 2) as a vision

=> 3) as a challenge 4) as an opportunity

I take my work as a challenge everyday. And the challenge is every student just not perform upto his/her capabilities but perform beyond their level. It is a challenge to get the best out of them and I strongly believe best is never achieved there is always scope for better than best.

Me: According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful principal?

Mam: The primary need is you need to have

passion towards work. Whatever you do should be with all your heart and will. Punctuality and sincerity is must. Be a conscientious person and nothing can stopp you to become successful in your filed.

Do not run behind money, Money should run behind you.

Me: During your long successful career, you might have faced some challenges, how

do you take it..? As an opportunities or as a hurdle?

Mam: Challenges are always an opportunity. Hurdles are only for them who fears the defeat. A Challenge brings opportunity as well as enthusiasm in work. So grab it..

Me: According to you Mam, what is a

job satisfaction..?

(a) External satisfaction

=> (b) Internal satisfaction (c) (a) & (b) Both..

Me: Mam...sometimes in your carrier you might

have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..?

Mam: I do appreciate taking primary efforts of

motivation and counselling. I do manage activities by providing provision of professional assistance and guidance.

Me: Mam ...sometimes in your carrier you

might have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations. How do you make them convince..?

Mam: yes, in those kind of situations I do not convince them by words or fake

promises . I do convince them by giving practical results.. I believe in work and results. And that’s all….

Me: Mam, according to you, what is your Contribution to organization and how do

you relate it to society?

Mam: society demands well educated persons

and very first need is to put the foundation in a right and moral manner. And the organization .. Its my intense desire to take

the institute to the heights and that’s benefits organization and give financial and social satisfaction.

Me: Can you give me any example of your

personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure”?

Mam: example….. The best answer for this

question is myself demonstrating this attitude everyday.. I accepted the

challengeof becoming principal of

Naimisharanya… with out any experience as a principal

Me: What is your short term vision? And what is

your Long term Vision?

Mam: My short term vision is to make 12th

standard students eligible and prepared enough for cracking JEE and NEET. And get best colleges of their field.

My long term vision is to take the school to such a invincible heights that the strength of Naimisharanay crosses 3000. Every parent must have desire to see that their child gets education only from Naimisharanya

Me: What is your message or an advice for

the future engineers...or any suggestion for youth?

Mam: my message is that … you please

invent a dust clearing machine which passively cleans everything by just puting it at the corner of room. And my advice and suggestion is that you enjoy whatever you do… do it with all you heart and will…

Me: Mam… Will you please share any life experience of yours, which you feel

makes you a successful person.

Mam:every time I see my students achieving

their goals and touching ineluctable heights, I feel I am a successful person.

This is how I the series of questions and answers carried on.. N there is one more thing she added in the phrase and said..

LOOSERS ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES.

So be a hard worker and with all the strength go for your goal.

TRY AND TRY UNTILL YOU SUCCEED.

Thank

you…
