Brand T Burger, new Halal Beef processing plant, incorporates the newest

technologies to produce Halal pure beef hamburgers and other minced meat

products such seasoned beef patties.

Halal certification throughout the whole supply chain. Employees receive

documented Halal GMP training as part of their orientation and annually

thereafter. A new Advance Halal program for food technical employees has

been implemented (Advanced Halal Academy-Instituto Halal)

We work under standards that meet and exceed regulatory requirements. We

routinely conduct HACCP, Food Safety, Food Defence, GMP, Animal Welfare

and Specific Risk Material handling audits, and stay current with new and

innovative quality procedures and technologies.
