HydraliCool™

“HydraliCool” technology is embodied in an additive package called GlobalTech “HC10” that is used to produce useful hydraulic/heat-transfer multi-functional fluids making use of Glycols like Propylene glycol, Glycerin, PDO, Ethylene Glycol or blend of them.

In other words, this technology relates to manufacturing hydraulic fluid and/or heat transfer fluid using Glycols and/or co-product glycerin from biodiesel production.

HydraliCool fluid is blended from two

easily mixed liquid components:

▪ HC10 Syrup

▪ PG, PDO, Glycerin or blend of

them.

HC10 Syrup

This approach uses Glycols produced close to global clients’ facilities. In many countries, local bio-diesel plants can supply glycerin at lower cost with improved delivery times.

Global Tech HydraliCool HC10 is a concentrated additive package to be diluted at 5-10% in diol blend.

The concept minimizes cost and improves logistic flexibility by accessing local global Glycol supplies.

By focusing on the approval of an additive concentrate, R&D time and costs are minimized.

Non-toxic & Biodegradable

Using glycerin or Propylene Glycol as a base fluid, it is possible to create a new non-toxic heat transfer fluid (HTF). This formula consists of the additive package (HC10), and Glycerin – Propylene Glycol, a natural non-toxic component that is environmentally friendly and is not harmful to agricultural soil, humans or living animals.

▪ This biodegradable, non-toxic alternative is intended to replace mineral-oil hydraulic fluid and ethylene glycol based (EG) HTF.

▪ The new glycerin-blend formula, in case of spill, has no harmful effects on agricultural soil and is safe for animals and humans.

The pictures on the side show tomato plants. The soil on the left was contaminated with vegetable-based biodegradable hydraulic oil. The right side was contaminated with an qual volume of HydraliCool.

The growing difference in obvious after 8 and 12 weeks. The vegetable oil-based hydraulic fluid inhibited the growth of the plant whereas the HydraliCool fertilized the soil and accelerated the plant growth as a result of its nutrients and hydrating components.
