Avoid junk food and refined sugars. Stress reducing foods include oranges, sweet potatoes, dried apricots, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, turkey, spinach and other dark green leafy veg. salmon and avocados.#

Turkey TagineIngredients

500g turkey thigh meat, 1 onion chopped, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 2.5cm piece of fresh ginger grated (or 1 tsp dried), 1tsp cumin,1 stick cinnamon, fresh or dried chilli to taste, 1 tbsp harissa,1 sweet potato cubed, 100g dried apricots, 2 handfuls fresh spinach, 250ml chicken stock.

Method

Brown the turkey meat, remove and gently cook onion and garlic. When soft add the spices and cook for 1 minute.Add in chopped sweet potato and dried apricots and stir to coat in the

spice mix. Arrange the turkey on top and add stock. Simmer gently or bake in the oven at 180°C for about an hour. 5 minutes before serving stir in the spinach and allow it to wilt. Serve with couscous.
