Workplace readiness, an essential guide to returning to the office space.

Like many organizations, we evaluated how to return our employees safely into our physical workspace. We developed this booklet to demonstrate how our team worked together to create a safe and comfortable workplace environment using best practice recommendations from many sources including the CDC, OSHA, and Herman Miller.

Everyone must observe compliance with the CDC recommended social distancing measurement of six feet whenever possible. A safe workplace is very reliant on individuals doing their part to keep teammates comfortable and safe. Please be respectful in honoring the 6’ rule throughout the Showroom including Breakrooms.

Workstations are reconfigured and meet the 6’ rule.

Way-finding provided to assist with social distancing and avoiding “pinch points”.

Messaging placemats are setup in meeting rooms to maintain the 6’ rule.

It is recommend that you wear face masks when you are not in your workspace.

Please be respectful in honoring the 6’ rule in our Break-room; please adhere to table placemat messaging.

At CWC we feel it is important that we remain flexible and adaptive during our continued return to our physical workspace.

A disinfecting caddy is supplied at each workspace.

Disinfect your area when entering and leaving break rooms and meeting rooms.

Avoid handshakes. Use hand sanitizer throughout the day to protect you and others.

Avoid touching your face.

We recommend you to use your CWC provided face mask in all public spaces within the Showroom.

Face masks are required at all times when entering the warehouse and/or opperation offices.

Avoid tasks that require close face-to-face contact. If unavoidable please use CWC provided face mask.

We encourage associates when bringing outside food to the office, it must be individually wrapped/packaged.

Please wipe before and after use of any high touch equipment such as printers, microwaves, refrigerator, coffee, water & vending.

Please use provided individually wrapped mixed utensils, including straws.

CWC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 based on CDC and OSHA guidelines, however, we cannot guarantee that you will not contract COVID-19.

Keeping Our Guests and Customers Safe

CWC COVID-19 CLIENT SAFETY PROTOCOLSYour safety is our number one priority.

Currently CWC Showroom Client Visits are by appointment only.

Please reach out to your Account Executive who will arrange your visit and ensure that your showroom experience is not only productive, but addressed in a safe and comfortable manner. Keeping employees, partners and guests safe is a top priority for CWC. Please note to ensure that CWC is safe for our employees, partners and guests, we are following recommended CDC and OSHA guidelines. Upon entering the Showroom, a hand sanitizing station is available for use. In addition, masks and gloves are available. Please note CWC’s contract cleaning service partner adheres to all CDC and OSHA guidelines. High touch surfaces are addressed throughout the day. All food and drinks items served during client visits are wrapped and each item is disinfected.

In accordance with CDC recommendations, CWC practices safe 6’ distancing, we request that during client visits this protocol is adhered to. We request no handshakes.

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, rules and regulations are constantly changing. We are prepared to change our business practices if needed to maintain critical operations while addressing employee, partner and guest safety.
