So how do you attract someone work in the sector?
What’s in it for
me?
High BS detector
so if you don’t
walk the talk, they
leave.
Won’t put up with
it.
Continued hiring of
people on working
holiday visas will not
provide a pool of
permanent people
to draw from.
Those that manage
without ever having
done so are
invariably not best
for business.
You need to give
them a go.
Mentor and
support (really).
Treat with respect.
BUT
they probably
won’t be long-
term employees
as for all
industries, those
days are gone.
