Half-day kindergarten is offered for $2,626 per student. Tuition for non-members is $3,825 for full-time students, and $3,625 for families choosing the half- day kindergarten option. The parish supports the families and students at the school by subsidizing tuition for parishioners children. The actual cost to educate a child at St. Peters School for the year 2011-12 is $7,617. The parish invests $2,147 per child. The balance is covered by fundraising and other income. Families are welcome to pay full tuition if they wish. Scholarships are available. Tuition is to be paid in person or by mail in ten payments to the school office. The first payment will be due by August 15th. All other payments will be due on the 15th day of each month. An account will be considered delinquent if it is not paid by the 25th of the month. A $10.00 fee will be added to late payments, except for the August 15th payment. Students will not be permitted to continue attending school if the account is more than 30 days past due. All K4 and K5 classes are 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Tuition - K4 & K5 Three Day (M,W,F) $3650.00/Student/Year Application Fee $50.00/Student/One Time Slide 5 Fourth Baptist Christian School There is a $50 application fee for all new kindergarten through 12th grade students, as well as those returning students who have been not been enrolled at FBCS for more than one school year. This fee is to be paid when submitting the application or at the time of the entrance test. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration Fee $300.00/Student/YearThe registration fee is $300 per student. It is to be paid in full for all students and is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the student is not accepted into the enrollment. No portion of the total fee may be deleted. Payment of the registration fee illustrates a family's intent to enroll or re- enroll their student and reserves the student's place on the roster. It also helps the administration to better plan for the needs of the next year. Building and Grounds Maintenance Fee $250.00/Family/Year Slide 6 Fourth Baptist Christian School This fee is $250 per family per year and is incorporated with the ten monthly tuition payments. Graduation - Senior $50.00/Student/One Time Assessed to all graduating seniors. Graduation - Kindergarten $10.00/Student/One Time Assessed to all K5 students who complete Kindergarten. Yearbook Each FBCS family receives a yearbook containing their student's picture and documenting the year's activities. Additional copies may be ordered and purchased at a cost of $33 each. After distribution, any extra books (if available) are $38. After School Care $1.50/Student/Quarter Hour Available to K4-6th grade students; 3:15-5:00 p.m. with an additional 30 minute buffer period. Slide 13 Cedarcrest Academy Tuition Payment Options Tuition may be paid in full or by using FACTS Tuition Management Company. An annual per family fee is charged by FACTS for monthly installment payments. FACTS enrollment information is available through the Admissions office. The AMA Plus program is available to any student currently enrolled in Ave Maria Academy. You may register your child to come every day or sign up for drop-in care as needed. The hours of the program are 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. AMA Plus is only open during days that school is in session. Cost for 2010 2011 Academic School Year Fee: $14.00 per day. Please note that the fee for the program is a daily feewhether used for 15 minutes or for all 2 hours. Charges apply only on the days your child attends (even if you sign up for daily care.)
