Redlands property analyst and developer Chris Anderson said two 600sq m, two-level penthouses will be included in the AFT Projects’ Toondah Outlook development. “The two Toondah Outlook super penthouses will be the premium properties overlooking prestigious Raby Bay and bay islands,” Mr Anderson said. “These are 600sq m plus of living over two levels with private internal lift access. “They’ll sit at the highest point in Redland City – the only place in the Redlands with views of the Brisbane CBD, Glasshouse Mountains and unlimited bay views to the Gold Coast.
