Orlando Cluster - December 12, 13 & 14, 2012 - 9

There will be one Grooming Hall specifically dedicated for ALL crating and grooming, occupying over 140,00 square feet. This will be the only location where grooming will be permitted. The entire grooming hall will have complimentary electric provided in all areas.

The Grooming Hall will be shared with divisions for “Assigned Grooming” and “Open Grooming”; both sections will have comparable accessibility to the Exhibiting Hall.

“Open Grooming” areas will strictly follow a set grid for “Crates/Tables/Aisles” without exception. Complimentary shared electric outlets will be placed throughout this area and no one person may claim exclusive use of these unrestricted services.

Assigned Spaces (limited in number)Those with four or more entries per event may secure an assigned 80 square foot space (8' x 10') that can be set up to your personal specifications. There is a maximum limit of two assigned spaces per exhibitor which must follow the four dogs per event minimum. We cannot honor special requests to be placed in or next to any specific area or person(s). There will be a special “check-in” desk handled by the Kiarry Site Control staff where your assigned space number will be confirmed.

Each assigned 8' x 10' space will be provided with a complimentary 2,000 watt electric outlet with exclusive use. Also included will be a catalog page dedicated to those in assigned spaces with their location number. There will be an administrative fee of $150.00 per assigned space for the entire duration of the events.

Please note: the cutoff date of november 8, 2012 is BEFORE the Orlando Cluster closing on november 21, 2012. Any forms received without entries will not be processed.

the cutoff date for these assigned spaces is november 8, 2012 or when the available assigned limit is reached, whichever comes first.

The Grooming Hall will be overseen by Harry Miller and the Kiarry Site Control Staff. Please reach-out to Harry's staff if any problem or issue arises with your assigned space. Only his staff will have contact with the facility if needed. No exhibitors are authorized to make requests of the facility and could be held responsible for any costs related to a request that is not approved by Harry's staff. Look for the men in the “Orange Jackets”!

Bathing Stations:Bathing Stations will be located outside the Grooming Hall. “Pure Paws” will be the official sponsor of the bathing stations and will have a booth in the grooming area where products and assistance can be obtained. use of the “Bathing Station” will be limited to “daylight hours” only. Please plan accordingly. There can be no “wet dogs” walked through the facility at any time. This is an important safety measure to prevent anyone from slipping on a wet floor. Please relay this information to anyone bathing a dog. Plan to carry or to transport by cage on a dolly. Anyone putting these events at risk will be subject to disciplinary action by the event committee.Public Ex-Pens:Public Ex-Pens will be located both within the Grooming Hall as well as in numerous covered locations on the rear docks. Limited areas for private ex-pens will be available at designated locations only, and they must follow our guidelines to be properly maintained or they will be subject to removal. Harry's staff will determine the number of ex-pens any one exhibitor or handler can erect.

A detailed layout of the facility will be sent to those entered after the closing date of the event(s).

there is no grooming in the show hall.

There will be designated ringside HOLDInG areas for each ring. Only breeds that are customarily judged on a table will be permitted to bring a crate or table ringside within these designated areas, and only during the times associated with that specific breed judging. There is NO GROOMING in this designated area. Once judging of that breed is over ALL crates and/or tables must be removed.

No large breed crates or tables will be allowed in these areas. This is a safety requirement by the facility Fire Marshal and will be strictly enforced.
