This project will be designed to encourage and enhance outreach initiatives in conjunction with current outstanding efforts of the Memphis
Grizzlies organization and work to fulfill the vision of the NBA Cares program by giving back to those in need, specifically the kids!

The fundraising event will build networking opportunities through the Greater Memphis Area Chambers of Commerce
Encourage corporate networking with the opportunity to purchase season tickets, which would increase net ticket sales revenue for the Grizzlies.
Corporate Networking Event
Networking the contacts from the various Memphis area Chambers of Commerce members to encourage involvement with the fundraising event
Contact information will be made available for future Grizzlies games, events and initiatives
Miss Tennessee 2011, Erin Hatley, will be participating and contributing her celebrity to the fundraiser
Engaging the community through the school systems

Design and Art DesignParticipants will create concept art for
Memphis Grizzlies “Time to Grind” and Memphis iconic images
Incorporate design onto Harley Davidson Street Glide FLHX bike image
Two winners will be chosen for each category

The CreationSouthern Thunder (Southaven) and Bumpus
(Memphis) Harley dealers will create the physical customized bikes using the winning
concept art
Finished customized Harley-Davidsons will be raffled

The platform to launch the fundraiser will be through the NBA Memphis Grizzlies organization
The Memphis Grizzlies will host the awards presentation for contest winners
Winners will be rewarded with VIP treatment and a presentation at NBA home game in the FedEx Forum
Multiple media platforms will spread the word about the raffle
