Target Audience Profile

My magazine target audience ranges from the ages of 16-19. It is aimed at both males and females. All of my target audience are in full time education but some of them could have part time jobs after school or on the weekends. The personality of my target audience is someone who has a good sense of humour so they can take jokes in a positive way. They are also sociable and like to go out with their friends. This person is fun and ambitious but also mature and sophisticated when they want to be. They work hard on their school work and want to achieve good A level or A2 grades. My target audience also likes a laugh and is very caring towards their friends and peers. This person enjoys having fun with their friends, watching films at home or in the cinema and going on social networking sites.

They are currently learning how to drive or want to learn how to drive in the near future. Their interests could also include fashion or sports whether they are a boy or a girl. My target audience has a good attitude towards education and learning as they value it because they know that it is key to becoming successful. They want to go to university in the future and continue on to having a successful career. My target audience will use my magazine to fulfil their needs as they will use it to get guidance and advice on how to survive and do well in school. During their free periods they might use the magazine as a form of light entertainment to help pass the time. Plus they will use it to get tips and help in certain areas in school where they might not feel confident.
