In the Hamptons, 4th Quarter total dollar volume

dropped 42.3% to $547M compared to

the 2015 4th Quarter, while the North Fork total

dollar volume decreased 1.3% to $78M during

the same time.

On the North Fork, the

average price increased

9.9% from 2015’s 4th

Quarter, to $596,913.
