A CRE project is as much about our approach

as our physical structures and technologies

The 3-Ds focuses on the three meta-benefits of CRE, to:

Decarbonise use renewable energy or low carbon

technologies;

Decentralise and localize energy supply; and

Democratise governance through community ownership

and/or participation.
