Page 1: Prelim evaluation

Evaristo (Prince) Kitoko

Software used: Adobe Premier

Camera used: Canon HD Cameras

Page 2: Prelim evaluation

• Worked with Owen, Michael and Sarah

• At first time management was an issue but it wasn’t for

the prelim task

• Dealt with mistakes by taken onboard on what to improve

and improved successfully

• Worked much more professionally as a group

• Strengths - being interactive hence giving instructions

and helping out if needed and getting the group working

• Weaknesses – more interactive and helpful in setting up

equipment and packing away

Page 3: Prelim evaluation

• Planned my sequence by using a storyboard as a

process to create our sequence.

• Chose several shots for different scenes

• Used example of prelim task as a guideline

Page 4: Prelim evaluation

• Canon HD camera and adobe premiere were the

technology I used

• Learnt how to take several types of shots

• Adobe premier used to edit

Page 5: Prelim evaluation

• Took into account: location, shots, roles

• Duration, who’s on camera, how we’ll fit the sequence

together

Page 6: Prelim evaluation

• Sequence was very successful

• Worked hard as a group and we all put the effort in.

• Things that worked well were my group’s chemistry

• Not much I would improve on and do different but

probably would be time management.

Page 7: Prelim evaluation

• Time management is important.

• Make use of your time and not for granted

• Being focused helps massively

• Interact more

• Communication is paramount when it comes to

group work

Page 8: Prelim evaluation

• Learnt how to use the software i.e. cut shots and etc

• Established editing isn’t an easy thing and it’s time consuming

• Requires lots of focus

• Patience is essential as it is time consuming and can be fatiguing

• Decided what shots would go were in my group

• Planned our time to edit during lesson time (given time required)

• Strengths – being focused, able to use the software correctly and successfully

• Weakness – patience can be a little bit better

• Wouldn’t do anything different but probably the order of shots
