CONTENTS PAGE• In the prelim task I was told that one of the problems with my content page was that it did not look

professional and that the colour scheme was too bold for a college magazine, so it wasn’t appropriate for the audience. I decided that the main thing I would do would to chance the colour scheme to a plainer one so that it would be more mature.

• I also decided to change the layout of the sub images so that there was more space as I needed to find a place to put all my information. I also preferred the font colour of my final piece as I think that it fits my genre better and that it is more mature.

• When starting the contents page, I decided that I needed to add more information under the sub headings because I felt like I had not added enough in and that I was not very informative.

FINAL

• When I designed the masthead I made sure that for my final piece I was going to make it more mature so that it would appeal to my target audience which worked well. However, I felt like the masthead for my college magazine worked well because it has the typical college vibe.

• Along with this I made the background image layout so that I could have all my information down the left hand side so that my model could still be seen as she is the main attraction of my piece as it will attract young girls who inspire to be her.

• I used dafont on my work after I decided that I did not like the fonts on photoshop, however I was used to using dafont and used it for the prelim task.
