HINDERMANN SUN PROTECTION AWNINGS „TOSCANA“

The right choice for sunny spots,as the HINDERMANN SUN PROTECTION AWNINGS safeguard the windscreen and reduce sunlight shining in. The interior remains light and you have an unimpeded view of what‘s going on outside the vehicle.

With only three assembly poles made from anodised aluminium, the awning is not complicated to set up. An additional central pole stops the awning from sagging. Extensive suction cups, on which the sup-ports stand, as well as rubber tensioners provide secure support without being fastened to the ground. The gradient can easily be adapted by the positioning of the suction cups on the windscreen.

The webbing along the lower edge is hung on the door edges and is adjustable at the ends for length and so the awnings are suitable for various vehicle models, such as the Fiat Ducato, Ford, Renault or Mercedes Sprinter.

With the „Right + Left“ accessory pack, you can install a wedge-shaped extension (of approx. 30cm) in the area of the right and left driver cab doors using a Velcro fastener. This is kept in place using an additional support pole held in a suction cup.

The covering is easy to maintain and made from waterproofed and washable polyacrylic in light grey and silver.

Included in the delivery: assembly poles including suction cups, rubber tensioners, storage bag.

Windscreen cover for privacy and heat protectionThe cover is made from a light and waterproof material, which also retains its flexibility in the cold. It consists of one piece and is easy to attach by hanging on the door edges. There are seven fastening eyelets for anchoring it down. (Rubber tensioners are not included in delivery). The exterior edges are carefully framed.

Benefit from the insulating effect of fully porous HINDER-MANN thermal foam with its smooth and durable surface.

This winter-proof exterior insulating mat is manufactured using a lightweight tarpaulin with a 5mm fully porous foamed PVC foam on the back. The mats remain flexible even in low temperatures. All edges of the insulating mat are carefully framed with a strap all the way around. The front can be opened. It consists of one piece and, using pockets, can be easily mounted onto door edges. There are seven fastening eyes for anchoring it down,for which the rubber tensioners are included in delivery.

These one-piece heat insulating mats from HINDERMANN are moun-ted to the outside of the vehicle and greatly insulate against cold in winter and protect from heat in summer. Sunlight does not reach the window pane. As the insulation occurs on the outside of the vehicle, condensation is avoided on the inside of the windows. They have the same quality of materials and insulation as the Hin-dermann Thermal Jacket Plus, which has proven itself time and time again for years. The outside of the material is made of weatherproof and strong PE netting.The lightweight, approx. 20mm thick interior insulation made from polyester does not accumulate any moisture; water that gets in, for example due to mechanical damage, flows out of the bottom. The material is winter-proof and can be rolled up or folded even in very cold temperatures. If the weather‘s good, you can open the front flap and let the sun shine in.

Fastening is simple:There is an interior pocket in the area of the driver‘s door, which can be mounted onto the door edge. Attachment to the passenger side is done either by the horizontal and vertical sewn on weatherstrip (a welt track must be mounted to the vehicle for this purpose) or by using TENAX press studs (see photo below) that are enclosed in delivery as standard. The HINDERMANN TENAX PRESS STUDS can be stuck or screwed on

as desired.Additionally, there is a frieze strap on each window pad on the interior along the lower edges, to which the „LUX-DUO“ additional module can be attached, even if this is purchased later.

Six rubber tensioners, 5 TENAX press studs for the right hand side as well as a storage bag made from breathable TYVEK are included in delivery.

HINDERMANN developed the „Lux-Duo“ additional module in order to enable effective protection from cold draughts through the non-insulated engine room, the wheel housing and footwell even on winter holidays. This is a base that can be joined to the window mat using a Velcro fastener, even if it is purchased at a later date. It is made from the same material. However, the insulation of the „base“ module is somewhat thinner in order to save space while travelling. Additionally, there is a wind guard with integrated eyelets on the lower side. In this way, the entire driver‘s cab can be effectively protected against cold seeping in.The LUX window insulation and the „Lux-Duo“ additional module can also be purchased individually at a later date.

The ideal heat insulation for the winter holiday because the avai-lable driving cabin space can now also be used. The Thermo-Jacket reaches until the ground floor and the winds-hield is integrated. Cold draught has no chance to enter the interior because any splits in the vehicle, the bonnet, the ventilation and the wheel cut-out are fully sealed off. The fastening is easy, because the hood is made in one piece and is pulled from the front over the bow and the front screen up to the edges of the doors. This guaranties the correct fit as well as theft protection.External surfaces are made of weatherproofed and paint-preser-ving PE-fabric. The lightweight isolation doesn’t store dampness (e.g. if there will come water into the Jacket it could run out at the bottom edge).

In comparison: left a vehicle without insu-lation, right a vehicle with Thermo-Jacket PLUS.The heat insulation in the area of the window panes and doors is noticeable.

The lighter the area the greater the heat loss.

In winter they insulate against cold, in summer they are an effective possibility to keep the sun outside and doesn‘t penetrate the glass pane and heat up the interior. In good weather you can open up the front and observe nature or the happenings outside the vehicle.Attachment to the vehicle is very easy, as the mats are made in one piece and are just hung on the edges of the door and tensioned (without screws and drilling). The material is a new, weather resistant thermofoil with aluminised polyester sheets, which is UV stabilised.

Fastening:A rubber tensioner on the interior along the top guaran-tees a tight seal and allows for quick fastening. There are five lashing straps on the lower edge with plastic eyelets. In general, the windscreen wipers can be cove-red or rest on the mat as additional support. Included in delivery are five rubber tensioners and one rubber ten-sioner for the channel along the upper edge. If needed, the rubber tensioners can be shorted using scissors.There is also the option of fastening the rubber tensi-oners using one pack of TENAX press studs (including five pieces), which can be stuck or screwed on to the underside as desired.

HINDERMANN INTERNAL INSULATION MAT „COMFORT“

Protects the interior against sun, heat and cold. Stops people looking in from outside.

Material:The thermofoil is coated with an aluminised polyester sheet on both sides. The edges are surrounded. The grey clip eyes for the suction cup are extremely stable and pre-assembled.

Attachment:It is attached using quality suction cups with a diameter of 50mm. The suction cups with knurled head screws are enclosed loose - not assembled!

The Hindermann front mat is attached with 4 suction cups along the upper edge and 2 press studs on the A frames. It is conceived in such a way that overall it enables a really large distance from the front pane to reduce condensation. The Hindermann front protective mats have a dashboard cover made of light grey artificial leather as standard. The mirror clip is closed with Velcro. COMFORTIncreased living comfort and energy saving due to 8 mm insulation and reduced condensation formation due to large air space in the area of the windscreen.

The internal insulation developed by Hindermann stands out due to a large space between the windscreen of the vehicle. The ventilation nozzles to the windscreen remain uncovered, therefore in particularly difficult climatic conditions a controlled air circulation to the windscreen can occur by turning on the heater fan.The insulation mat for the windscreen closes tightly around the windscreen frame. In this way the cold and warm air areas are separated from each other.In summer, the sun is reflected by an aluminised coating. Appealing internal design due to homely light grey polyester velour and no annoying stitching in „refrigerated container design“.Including protective dashboard cover.Attachment is easy and quick as usual using suction cups. These are particularly large with diameters of 40mm and have a high level of holding power. ARCTICThe new internal insulation mat with 20 mm soft insulation and distance suction cups ensure particularly effective insulation against cold.The suction cups are very large with a diameter of 40mm and therefore have a high level of holding power. Due to additional distance pieces, a 5mm air space is made between the windscreen and the insulation mat which acts as an additional insulating cushion and can reduce possible condensation formation.Due to generously proportioned slider pull tabs, the mats can easily be removed from the windscreen. The ARCTIC-insulation mats are soft and cosy; they can be easily folded and stored. The outwards facing area is reflective; the inside is made of nylon textile. The suction cups are pre-mounted on delivery. The insulation mat is supplied as a three piece set for the windscreen and both side windows.

HINDERMANN THERMO INSULATION FOR CAMPER VANS

Increased living comfort in the van through effective heat insulation with convenient access

The two-part thermal curtain is cut exactly to size for the door opening of the Ducato model 250 (model from 2007). The edges are framed all the way around. Three sides are attached using an incorporated Velcro fastener and additional press studs. The press studs are additionally absolutely necessary for lasting support and are enclosed loose (10 pieces for sliding door, 20 pieces for rear door).Self assembly is necessary so that the user can individually position the press studs specifically for their expansion. The frieze band is attached to the vehicle along the rubber insulation. The HINDERMANN MOSQUITO NET can also be attached using this frieze band. The door closes by means of an integrated magnetic strip. This U-shaped thermal curtain separates the driver‘s cab from the living area. It insulates against cold radiation from the unheated driver‘s cab and protects against loss of heat in the living area. It has been part of the Hindermann range for many years and enjoys increasing demand due to its homely atmosphere and high level of usefulness.

HINDERMANN now offers a model for the Ducato 2007 (model 250) as standard with a flap so you can access the radio and air conditioning system. The flap has a magnetic fastener and stop button.(The material, PU foam in a sandwich structure, is the same for all mo-dels. In the direction of the living room it exhibits a pleasant, light grey polyester velour that is coated with an aluminised polyester sheeting, approx. 8mm thick). The „HINDERMANN MOSQUITO CURTAINS“ are designed precisely for the body cut-outs of the vehicle models listed in our item list.

Furthermore, we strived for them to fit the various components of the individual vehicle suppliers as universally as possible. Of course, this cannot be achieved for every vehicle development, and so it will be necessary in individual cases to make slight adjustments during assembly (such as trimming slots or protruding material).

The curtain can be easily cut, for example for incisions in the area of the wall cabinet, as the Velcro strap is welded in a special pro-cess and no threads can be severed. On a solid wall cupboard, the curtain can be shortened along the upper Velcro strip and it finds a use for the second parallel Velcro strip.Detailed and illustrated assembly instructions can be found in each pack.

This cover has round about strong eyelets as well as additional grip-strips at one lengthwise side and both small-sides, sothat you can fit it into the awning rail. If there is also an awning rail at the front- or backside you can also fit the cover in this channel.

The other sides could be tighten with tensioners. Round about there is also a protective strap so that the eyelets won’t restdirectly on the camper van or caravan. If you use the cover for your camper van please lay it just on the roof and tighten it with ropes or tensioners in the eyelets. because of the different measures you can decide to protect only the roof area or also the front side as well as the backside.

Cab jacket made of Tyvek Titan 3L This new further development of the front protective tarpaulin for camper vans protects the cab against icing up and snow and stops people looking in. It is made of breathable TYVEK-Titan 3L. Insulation, like in the HINDERMANN THERMO-JACKET-Plus (catalogue page 13) is not available. Due to the one piece design the jacket is easy to attach by hanging on the door edges. The front flap can be opened to the height of the mirror. The outer edges are carefully bordered. Various fastening eyelets on the lower edge and 10 tensioners are within the scope of supply.

Front protective cover for camper vans made from Tyvek Titan 3LProtects vehicle against icing and snow and protects interior against sunlight and over-heating meaning that internal temperature can be reduced during the summer. HINDERMANN PROTECTIVE BICYCLE COVERSHe who loves his bike leaves it at home - or should protect it. For comfortable transport, the rear of the motor home or the caravan is the best place.

The only disadvantage: Rain, dirt on the roads and turbulence mean that the bike is teaming with filth when you reach your destination. This problem is remedied by Hindermann protective covers.

All HINDERMANN PROTECTIVE bICYCLE COVERS have hard-wearing, water-repellent, light grey polyester netting as well as large see-through cases for warning labels (as is compulsory in many European countries). The see-through

cases have a cover flap as well as four lashing straps, which are arranged around it. Each HINDERMANN cover can be securely fastened using additional belts (please order additionally). The covers vary in size and shape, which completely protect the bicycles on the rack.

„Basic“ protective cover for bicycle racksA three-dimensional formed cover that comes from the back of the vehicle out and thereby also protects the underside of the bicycle rack. A larger area of the back of the vehicle is protected as well, but not completely closed. At least the bike handlebars facing the vehicle must be turned diago-nally. Included are two rubber tensioners with hooks, which must be integrated on site into the hemstitch.

„Concept“ protective cover for bicycle racksA cover closed all the way round, in which the bicycle rack is protected along with the bikes, as you can see in the photo. On the rear side, there are three Velcro fasteners that are brought out through mounting brackets. Due to the fin strips, it is possible to adapt it for different racks. A central, circulating zip fastener from floor to floor facili-tates access.Inside the cover, there are straps with rings onto which rub-ber tensioners can be hanged - with these, the cover cannot swell in transit. Additionally, the covers can be secured using various lashing straps.

The assembly is simple: To start with, the zip fastener is opened, the rear side is shut using a Velcro fastener around the rack, then the bikes are placed and secured onto the rack, then the cover is straightened - the still opened front is pulled up and the zip fastener is closed. Additionally securing with HINDERMANN ADDITIONAL bELTS is recommended.

Floor skirts and wheel housing coversThe HINDERMANN FLOOR SKIRTS offer more living comfort under the awning. They serve as wind protection as well as screen for the caravan. They are deliverable in the qualities „winter-proof tarpaulin material“ with welded on weatherstrip as well as soft „vinyl sheetingwith linen finish“ and welded on PVC welts each in heights of 50cm and 75cm and lengths of one to seven metres. The wheel housing covers are always 150cm long. The highly resistant, welded and rust-proof PVC eyelets guarantee a durable fastening. Raise the floor skirts in the door entrance area and pull the short textile weatherstrip piece towards the front of the Velcro side. Fix both parts together (photo

shows the principle of the Velcro fastening for continuous pulling).

Cut vertically to the left and right of the door entrance with a sturdy pair of scissors down to the lower welt, then cut across.

If possible, cut around both corners.

These new floor skirts, specially developed for caravans with lower door entrances, can be individually adapted by hand for each ca-ravan with a door entrance that is set deeper for Tabbert/Fendt/Wilk, regardless of where the door welting tracks are positioned.

They are manufactured using winter-proof tarpaulin material. The textile weatherstrip is welded on. The height measures 50cm.
