The production site represents 4500 m², it is equipped with 13 overhead cranes and is composed of:• 1 plasma cutting bench of 2 x 4 m• 1 CNC nibbler• 4 half cranes• 1 welding column & boom manipulator• 1 stainless steel treatment unit

Acknowledged industrial expertiseIn 1991 the Techneau adventure began focusing on the creation and development of innovative products destined for the water pre-treatment, pumping, and flow regulation sector.

In 1998, Techneau created the Plasteau company in order to jointly develop the production of rotomoulded polyethylene hollow tanks.

Specialized in the production of on-piece hollow bodies of large volume dedicated to the management and reclamation of rain water for the industry sector and local communities, Plasteau is equipped with 4 machines able to produce spheres of up to dia. 3.5 m.

The industrial boiler manufacturer, Chaudreau, was created in 2001. This allowed Techneau to industrialize its production tool, while keeping

flexibility on customization.

EN 858-1 § 6.5.4 “Separator systems shall be

provided with automatic warning devices…”

They make it possible to detect an oil level in

the separator. A visual and/or audible alarm

goes off when the preset level is reached.

Sludge alarm device – power supply 230VThe device consists of a PVC case IP67 and a probe IP68 using pulsed infrared. Maximum distance between the case and the probe: 50 m.Delivered with 10 metres cable (AB010) or 50 metres (AB050)

Oil and sludge alarm device – power supply 230V Intrinsically safe alarm, ATEX certified, consisting of a polycarbonate case IP65, a conductivity probe for oil, ultrasound probe for sludge. Probe cable length : 5m.

Manhole extensions

Repartition concrete slab is compulsory in case of more than 2 extension shafts. It is advised to reduce the depth of installation as much as possible to limit the load on the separator and facilitate the maintenance.

Chassis-speed – Polyester or steel separatorsAllows for attaching a steel tank to a bottom slab (ballasting slab) by direct concrete pouring.

For steel separators, it is fixed by means of galvanized turnbuckles on each anchor bracket of the tank. The device is attached and bolted to the ballasting slab using a steel reinforcement rod (not provided). The whole (except the reinforcing mesh) is protected by a rust preventive coating.

Made of PVC DN 80. Equipped with symmetric coupling, It facilitates the maintenance of vertical units.

Cathodic protection steel parts

Electrically protects a steel tank from its surrounding environment in case of coating scratch or electrical alteration.

Principle of sacrificial anodes:

• an internal cathodic protection (by means of magnesium anodes)

• an external cathodic protection (by means of pre-backfilled sacrificial anodes, connected to the system with a 6 mm2

supplied cable)

These protections must be evenly dispatched on the whole tank length. Contact us to determine the necessary quantity according to the unit.

Optional: a control box for internal anodes can be installed so as to check the effectiveness of anodes and cathodes, taking into account electrochemical constraints of the surrounding ground.
