PETS Keep all pets out of the way during the photo shoot. Backyard, Laundry Room, Garage, Go for a Walk, Etc. If Owner or Agent is not home and animals are not in a secured area, your shoot will be rescheduled. (We LOVE animals, but they don’t know us. For our safety as well as the safety of the camera equipment, all animals need to be secured.) Put all pet items out of sight. Toys, Bowls, Bedding, Crates, Etc.

YARDS Pick up all tools, hoses, toys, building Supplies, pet supplies, pet waste, etc. Freshly cut lawn. Fresh landscape maintenance. Remove all vehicles from driveway and front/back of property. Park on the street not directly in front of property. Close garage door(s). Organize all patio furniture. Fresh Pool maintenance. Remove leaves, toys & pool cleaner from pool.

OTHER Ensure that the home is as clean as possible. Turn all ceiling fans off. Put all personal items out of sight. Remove all holiday decorations. Christmas trees, Christmas lights, Menorahs, Pumpkins, Wreaths, etc. Staging Suggestions: Fresh flowers, Candles, Vase/Pottery
