American, European & Japanese standards. The coated steel used in manufacturing is of high

tensile strength and comprises of superior paint system which is resistant to chipping, peeling and

fading. AIEPL also provides the Test certicates of these materials for complete satisfaction of its

AE 6600 is a trapezoidal ribbed colour coated/PPGI/PPGL steel prole sheet widely used for roong and cladding purpose in industries,

airports, railway stations,showrooms, warehouses, cold storages, stands, malls,stadiums, houses and real estates. Its high strength and

supreme paint quality enhances the longevity of sheet unbelievably. AE 6600 is available in pre-painted galvanised (PPGI), Pre-painted

galvalume (PPGL) and bare galvalume (GL) form.

AIEPL 6600 is available in a variety of paint systems like Regular Modied Polyester (RMP),

Silicon Modied Polyester (SMP), Super durable polyester (SDP), Poly Vinyl Di Fluoride

(PVDF), etc. The Base metal (GI/GL),after chromating, is coated with epoxy/polyester primer

on both the sides for superior adhesion with paint system. The top coat of paint enhances

durability of sheet even in harsh weather conditions. It is highly resistant to cracking, the

peeling,chalking & fading.

Only prime grade steel is used for manufacturing AIEPL 6600. This steel is procured from

JSW steel. AIEPL is itself an authorised proler of JSW steel color coated products for entire

chhattisgarh.

AIEPL 6600 provides wider coverage width of 1020mm without effecting the strength of

sheet. Thus, by using it one can save on steel. Availability of customised length also saves

steel to a great extent. In addition, wider valley ensures higher & smooth discharge of water

during heavy rainfall.

AIEPL 6600 prole is designed as per IS:801 and international standards. It can withstand
