Prayer for Unity with Employer and Employees ~ Darlene Maisano Psalm 133:1 "Behold, how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" Unity in the workplace is vitally important. It makes the working environment pleasant and productive. Even though it can be difficult to obtain, it is worth the effort. Hint: let it begin with you! Individually, as we become unified in ourselvesour hearts and minds lining up with the Spirit of God, that unity will overflow into our workplace relationships. In Psalm 133, unity is compared to "precious oil poured on the head" or the "dew of Hermon falling on Mount Zion" (vs.2,3). Not just in the workplace, but also in every area of our lives, unity is of utmost importance for it is "there the Lord bestows His blessing, even life forevermore" (vs. 3). Prayer : "Father, I come to You today and I declare that there will be unity among us for the common good of our workplace. I stand in the gap and intercede for this place to be a pleasant and good place to be 8 hours a day, five days a week. I look for Your commanded blessing to be manifested in this workplace. Forgive us for strife, gossip, needless waste and chatter. I choose to walk in unity and receive Your commanded blessing on and in our workplace, in Jesus' name. Amen." http://www.intheworkplace.com/

Prayer  for  Unity  with  Employer  and  Employees

~ Darlene Maisano Psalm  133:1  "Behold,  how  good  and  pleasant  it  is  for  brethren  to  dwell  together  in  unity!"      Unity  in  the  workplace  is  vitally  important.  It  makes  the  working  environment  pleasant  and  productive.  Even  though  it  can  be  difficult  to  obtain,  it  is  worth  the  effort.

Hint:  let  it  begin  with  you!  Individually,  as  we  become  unified  in  ourselves-‐our  hearts  and  minds  lining  up  with  the  Spirit  of  God,  that  unity  will  overflow  into  our  workplace  relationships.

Amen."
