start praying for each new friend by name everyday! I would add their family names to the list as I learned them. I would send this list of names to my prayer partners back home.

inform my new friends of satelite TV programs that talk about my faith.

show them the Jesus Film or if unsafe, suggest to them to watch it on their own, and then discuss it over coffee.

share pre selected Bible verses and perhaps write them on cards without referencing the Bible.

ask them to watch the Alpha course with me, or if risky, on their own. Then we would meet weekly to discuss what they are learning from that weeks lesson.

get them a Bible in their own language. If not possible, I would refer them to Bible apps.

invite them to my home for Bible study and discussion…

…Once they decided to follow Jesus, I would start discipling them into disciplers.

…Once there were 2 or 3 gathered in His name, I would start a house church with regular meetings. If possible.

start a separate meeting with future leaders, if the group was too big to deal with leadership training with everyone involved.

work myself out of a job with the group and allow them to take leadership and responsibility.
