Gift Cards?...Yes, Please!
Your favorite fundraiser is continuing throughout the school year! Prairie View will continue to participate in Scrip
Fundraising which provides gift cards from local and national retailers. With EACH card sold, Prairie View PTO will
make a profit, and in turn, help support student activities and classroom development. We are asking PV students to
offer the gift cards to family, friends and co-workers to help raise money for our school. Shop Scrip is a perfect
opportunity for our school to raise funds for your everyday shopping/entertainment or as gifts. Do you shop at the
same locations on a regular basis? Yes, then why not get a gift card to use as payment and raise funds for the school?
It’s that simple!
How can these retailers help us raise money? It’s simple…partnered vendors agree to sell gift cards to Scrip at a
discount. Families like yours buy the gift cards at face value and Prairie View keeps the difference as a profit. NO
SELLING INVOLVED!
Facts about Gift Cards:
o Gift cards have no expiration date or fees
o Gift cards may be redeemed in stores nationwide, online or catalog sales
