Inhale and say to yourself - I live…I live…I live I am unifying and reaching the power, harmony, unity with my connection with the

Earth and its abundant resources. Breathe deeply and visualize a sphere of light that is located at the base of your spine. Imagine how it starts spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to your lower abdomen.

Say to yourself - I am united with the diving source of the Higher Spirit.

Take another deep breath and pronounce to yourself - I feel…I feel…I feel Now I am getting access and integrating the power of passion in me, my desire is

to create piece, happiness, joy, abundance and share it with other people. Breathe deeply and visualize the sphere of light that is located at your lower abdomen. Imagine how its spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to the nest location - solar plexus.

Take another deep breath and pronounce to yourself - I want … I desire Now I am reaching my personal power center and take my emotions under control. I am the creator of my dreams. I clearly set the boundaries.

Breathe deeply and visualize that sphere of light that is located at your solar plexus. Imagine how its spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to the next location - to the center of your chest.

Inhale and say - I love…I love…I love Now i activate my emotional powers. I get and project only the energy of love and

light. I am opening my heart to the Divine Spirit.

Breathe deeply and visualize the sphere of light that is located at the center of your chest. Imagine how its spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to the nest location - to your throat.

Say to yourself - I am the love of the Universe Breathe deeply and say - I speak…I speak…I speak

Now I am reaching my reaching out to my will through the power of communication and self expression . I will speak up my truth with recognition and

honesty.

am attentive to my inner wisdom and to the wisdom of the Higher Spirit. Breathe deeply and visualize the sphere of light that is located at your forehead between the eyes. Imagine how its spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to the nest location - to the very top of your head

Say to yourself - I am a creation of clarity and wisdom. Take a deep breath and say to yourself- I am…I am…I am

I am getting access to the powers of the whole universe, to the center of my enlightenment, inspiration and wisdom.

Breathe deeply and visualize the sphere of light that is located at your forehead between the eyes. Imagine how its spinning faster and faster producing more and more light and turns into a bright sun. And then this pole of light moves up to the stars

Say to yourself - I am connected with the Universe and from now on I modify the energy of lower vibrations such as anger, gilt, jealousy, vanity and hatred into higher vibrations of love, piece, harmony, kindness, happiness and abundance.

I am united with the whole Universe.
