After helping Phil Jackson lead eight teams to NBA champi- onships, he became known in the pro-coaching world as Jackson’s secret weapon. Mumford has helped top ath- letes, including Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, rene their game. He was part of the Boston College Eagles’ legendary run from worst to rst in the Big East. When leaders in the business world learned about Mumford’s magic, companies including Google, Ebay, and AT&T began using his techniques to help their em- ployees excel. With a charismatic and casual style, he imparts easy-to-understand and implement Mindfulness techniques, and tells illuminating stories about his larger- than-life clients.
