USDA Rural Housing: The rural development loan is 100%

financing loan. It allows you to not have to come up with a

down payment for the purchase of your new home. This loan

has a 3.6% funding fee that is added to your principal loan

amount.

FHA

FHA Loan: A mortgage issued by a federally qualified

lender. FHA loans are designed for borrowers who do

not want to make a large down payment. FHA allows

a 3.5% down payment. It requires mortgage insurance

and a 1% up front mortgage insurance premium

VA

VA Loan: VA offers up to 100% financing. Buyers must

qualify for a Certificate of Eligibility. There is a funding fee
