• Sold multiply times thru the years

• Allows some decision making but some decisions are not always a simple vote.
• But not all because there are times when decisions are made when the team is not privy to some information.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING AND HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS OF NEW EMPLOYEES
• Depends on the job they are hired
• The training for an assembler is 2 weeks
• The training for an file/grind person is 1 week
• The training for NC operator is 1 month

• Including them in the process
• Allowing them some input to our direction
• Many ways to achieve a goal and as long as we achieve the goal, safely and in a timely manner we can approach if from the direction the team believes is best
