Introduction

Meaning:-

The terms “administration” and “Management” have often been interchangeably used. Some people have tried to define administration and management as two distinct entities. To them, administration seems to connote some higher and broader function than managing. They continue to distinguish them without agreeing clearly on what the distinction is about. But management is not an academic discipline alone.

Definition of ' Hospital Administration. :-

Medical care is a programme of services that should make available to the individual, and thereby to the community, all facilities of medical and allied services necessary to promote and maintain health of mind and body. This programme should take into account the physical, social and family environment, with a view to the prevention of disease, the restoration of health and the alleviation of disability.

Rahate Surgical Hospital is one of most popular SURGICAL hospitals in Nagpur which took birth in the year 1996, when Dr. Prashant Rahate led a team of medical professionals to set up the surgical hospital in Nagpur. It opened a new chapter in history of healthcare of vidarbha region in Nagpur. Within a span of 18 years.

MEANING OF RESEARCH:-

Research is a systematic and scientific search for pertinent information on a Specific topic in fact research is an art of scientific investigation. It is an academic activities and the term should be use in technical sense. CONCLUSIONS:-

The RAHATE SURGICAL Hospital Satisfaction Questionnaire asked respondents

general questions relating to Reception/administration, hospital cleanliness, signage,

hospital food and interpreter services.

Respondents also provided ratings relating to the care, respect and communication

experienced in their treatment/procedure and dealings with health care professionals.

In all of these sections of the questionnaire - General, Health Care Providers and

Treatment/Procedure - the majority of the 66 total respondents were satisfied with the

care they received from the hospital.

This satisfaction was reflected in the fact that 96% of respondents said that overall,

the care they received was excellent or good.

The majority of comments provided by respondents also reflected the quality of service

provided.

Hospital staff in particular received numerous comments praising their professionalism

and caring attitudes.

SUGGESTIONS

Some kind of transparency must be maintained in knowing the business status of the RAHATE SURGICAL Hospital. Meetings must be conducted at the end of financial year to create awareness in the employees about the financial status of the RAHATE SURGICAL Hospital.

To take up feedback periodically from the employees regarding the motivation aspects and they must be given liberty to question for procedures on compensation if they are not satisfied.

The RAHATE SURGICAL Hospital should provide initial and ongoing performance Administration programme.
