• Use comments to

– ask questions

– offer suggestions

– request clarification

• Track comments by user initials

• Navigate through comments to add, edit and delete

• Hide comments or delete all

• Set a password for opening presentation, and one for editing it.

• On the File tab, in the Info panel, click Protect Presentation, then click Encrypt with Password; or

• in the Save As dialog box, click Tools and then click General Options.

• Helps prevent accidental changes.

• Use for example when presentation on shared drive accessible to many.

• Presentations contain metadata: e.g. presentation’s title, author and subject

• Helps manage presentations

• Edit metadata in Document Pane

• Use Document Inspector to check for document properties

• Can remove if information is sensitive

Sending a Presentation to Microsoft Word

• Use to create custom layout or design for printing

• Click File, click Save & Send, click Create Handouts, and then click Create Handouts.
