and personal satisfaction of working make it possible? And social life, where the individual's
active participation in the community affect positively: the understanding of the operation
and the most important social norms of the social structures of the social environment
promote integration.
Approaches the self-manage learning:
Seminars and Conferences: Seminars and conferences are the best way of self-managed
learning, because people took part in the seminars and conferences to share ideas and
experiences that will help them to improve the development of personal skills and
personality, sharing their personal ideas coming out of new things. It also helps to improve
their self-confidence.

The knowledge is the skills, abilities, attitudes the set with which the individual has. The
acquisition of knowledge is between formal, informal and non-formal settings throughout our
lives.
The formal learning is narrower sense, the school system- Primary, secondary and

during some action, for example. While with colleagues or fellow students to talk, perform a
search on the internet, the parents observed on using cooking or crafting techniques, etc.
Non-formal learning within their training and information-gathering activities that do
not receive a confirmation after completing formal, state-recognized degree certificate or

There are many benefits and positive impact on the individual student and self-managed
learning within the organization.

organization in a professional manner.
While some things within the organization, such as problem solving, this type of knowledge
an individual can learn to self-managed learning, transferable skills that can be learned and

that employees like to assign different tasks without personal commitments. This self-
managed learning specific may be talented to learn and build skills and aptitudes, as follows:

Every successful organization always depends on continuously watching the progress and
development of new skills and talents, and knowledge of the essence of a person and
organization. Typically, a personal professional development plan and an action plan in
which every individual is responsible to achieve their goals and achieve your goals you need
to set it up. In terms of organization, the organization must do to achieve their aspirations and
skills.

The relationship between focused the PDP
In order to better the performance of the existing job should be focused, concentrate on the
specific purpose of personal development plan. The development process can take the next
step in his career. This approach encourages individuals to consider the demands of their
personal and professional effectiveness and the related development.
I consider it extremely important that individual employees take the opportunity when you
feel satisfied with the planning of development projects in with things.
Execution and Support
To implement these plans for personal and professional development content faces two major
issues in the implementation and support. First, the plan, which is considered to apply to
every individual needs a lot of efforts in communication and training support to achieve your
goals. The second major challenge is self-managed learning, at some point, and most
employees need help in thinking, in their judgments of progress. In both cases, you need a
significant amount of support. In general, the implementation of support, assistance will have
to keep interest in maintaining and promoting the design of the development.

and how to change and improve the results.
My objective: A personal development plan to reflect the logic of experience, ideas,
knowledge and ideas. This helps you to make thoughts on how to do in the near future. It is
very important to give time to personal and professional development. Appreciate the work
and progress towards the ambitions, aspirations and goals. Whilst it reflects the personal
development plan a few things on their minds: What work has been done? What training has
been completed? When? What did we achieve? And do we need any training further?
The aim is to reach after no stopping it. Be borne in mind what has been achieved, update, re-
purpose and is trying to access it again. A personal development plan should be examined,
terms of existing things, change the target and re-achieve, repeat the process.

4.1
Problems arise when an obstacle prevents the goal.
Goal = we have to achieve something.
Obstacle = the objective is to prevent, implemented.
Objective + Obstacle = PROBLEM
The problem is subjective, no relative.
Work based problem
What is a problem? A problem is a situation that presents difficulty or perplexity. Problems
come in many shapes and sizes. For example, it can be:
Something does not work as it should, and does not know how or why.
Something is needed but not available, and some will instead be to find
Problem is, every day events of life, and in order to cause less stress and frustration, we must
learn how to deal with them in a rational and logical manner.
If we accept the fact that problems arise regularly, for various reasons, and a variety of
sources, you can: learn to approach problems objectively; learn in advance how to solve and
prevent the growing problems.
The first step in Problem Solutions is always to analyse the problems. The main errors: lack of experience, lack of focus, lack of communications.
Seven Steps for Effective Problem Solving in the Workplace
Identify the issues : Be clear about what the problem is

The best solution is one that satisfies everyone.
List the possible solutions : It’s time to collect some ideas. It may hide a lot of space for creativity.
Evaluate the options. What are the plus and minus?
Select an option or options: What is the best solution for the balance?
Is there a way to "package" a number of options with a satisfactory solution?
The best solution for evaluating, selecting. Maybe offer more choices
Document the agreement: Write down the details, it is easier to think through and delving.
Agree on contingencies, monitoring, and evaluation: Compliance with monitoring, evaluation of the agreement
(Hicks, n.d.)
I think that these steps are an important aid to the problem situations structuring.
Then neutralize the obstacles encountered in the conflict resolution process.
4.2
Communication; is the exchange of information between the transmitter and the receiver.
The mutual communication is a dynamic process,
We communicate every moment of life, that is, information about the other party about
ourselves or our environment. The communication can be one-way, when the student has no
way of immediate feedback, your opinion does not say. In the case of two-way
communication is possible in the immediate feedback, such as conversation, discussion,
talking on the phone.
Components of Communication: The communication process consists of four main
components. • Those components include the encoding, transmission medium, decoding and
feedback. Transmitter and receiver part.

For communication with the following main elements are required:
Figure 2
Sender: he who send the message, Receiver: he who receives the message
Medium: contact established between the transmitter and the receiver
Message: information provided to receivers by the transmitter
Feedback or return: verbal or non-verbal response from the receiver to the transmitter
Everyone uses two basic channels in communication, verbal one, that is, the language, the
other is non-verbal, adjacent channel words. The researchers concluded that the non-verbal
channel much larger role in the process of communication, such as language signals, i.e.
speech. We could say that the more important for us "how to say" like "what they say."
Types of Communication :
Based on the information society intricate system of canals found in human communication

Number of individuals involved in the communication says:
- Intrapersonal (internal) communication: e.g. learning, thinking, mental processes processing
- Interpersonal (between people) communication: e.g. and maintaining contacts between

According Ben Franklin:“Remember that time is money”(Franklin, 1748])
Effective time management is critical to every business. Everyone can improve time schedule
and development of these skills can be of great benefit.
Our schedule is always a direct effect (good or bad) will have on those we work with.
Therefore, you should devote time to develop tools and techniques that help improve the
efficiency of our schedule, fulfilment of our objectives and deadlines are met.
Time management: decisions on the use of the available time is taken to ensure the time
required to perform the most important functions, as well as the information and documents
related to managing and ensuring their availability.
Time management is a key factor in the ability to quickly and accurately determining the
order of priority, and if required, a flexible reorganization.
Naturally this ability is not innate "value" must learn to help ourselves and improving our
schools, which take place on the occasion of group training sessions as well.
The leader management time significantly affect the company's or company's performance

Non-urgent

Good time management is a fundamental principle that we are able to accurately determine
and adhere to priorities, and we can say no to the unimportant things.
Effective time management techniques:
The most important focus. Focus on each job is the most important, most basic
details, such as to eliminate succeed in the creative phase of the grey routine work.
Be clear about your objectives
The good points from the principle of SMART:
Specific - be clear and unambiguous
Measurable - we know that we have reached to them or not
Attainable - are available
Realistic - the necessary resources - people, equipment, money, time - availability of
Time specific - set out the date by which we reach them.
To know what our limits are in general, these relate to available resources (who can
help, what equipment you can use, how much we spend, how much time you have to)
Prioritize all tasks
If you want to carry out our work effectively, it must be able to distinguish between relevant
and irrelevant information to do and be ranked in the incoming job.
Plan a day before
It is recommended to consider the previous evening, some section to write papers on what we
are planning for the next day.
Logically work: a fixed time after the other to carry out the tasks.

Objectives Objectives evaluation
1. To gain senior management professional qualifications, commencing with Certificate in management
I really enjoy the course. It has given me a new set of management skills that I can use within a senior role. Some of it was mathematical which was not really relevant to my role. I have provided written feedback to the course tutor on the effectiveness of this qualification.
2. Undertake some duties involving the management and development of trainee to include the monitoring and review of their personal development plan.
I have spent a full year assessing, monitoring and reviewing the development of the four trainees who started last year. They have all completed their plans and are on target for completed their plans and are on target for completion of their probationary periods. Feedback from my line manager has been positive. Many remarks were made about how much the trainees have achieved this year.
3. To run in-house training for my installation team on updating new system
See objectives evaluation point 3 above.
