The client has been with us for 14 months, and has maintained exceptional campaign performance. In just 6 months, the campaign surpassed their goal conversion rate of 10%. Due to our continued optimization, CPC has decreased month over month, and CTR has continued to increase. And, thanks to the huge boost in leads via their PPC program, the client was able to cut some of their radio advertising to add to their PPC budget. They also added a companion Display campaign to increase their brand awareness.

A dramatic improvement was seen immediately after implementing the our campaign. Click Through Rate jumped from 0.2% to 1.2%, which later increasing to nearly 2.0%. Cost Per Click was cut in half, averaging $2.15 per click throughout the duration of the campaign. The Conversion Rate was initially about 12%, but after 6 months of optimization, it increased to an overwhelming 20%.

Orthodontic Manufacturer PPC Case StudyThis client is a leading manufacturer of orthodontic supplies. They partnered with us in September 2010 to launch a PPC program aimed at Consumers. They had previously run a PPC campaign, but it experienced a low Click Through Rate and a high Cost Per Click, resulting in limited conversions. The client needed to generate more patient leads for their network of Orthodontists, so they needed to launch a program that was significantly better than what they were able to achieve in house or with their previous agency.

This orthodontic manufacturer has been a satisfied client of ours for over 2.5 years. Thanks to the success experienced in the United States they implemented campaigns in Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, UK, France and Italy. Dental Product Manufacturer PPC Case StudyThis client is a leading manufacturer of dental products, including Snap-On Smiles, which is an alternative for dentures. They were previously running a PPC program in house, but despite best efforts, could not boost performance to a level that resulted in enough conversion for their dentists. They partnered with ClearPivot in May 2012 to launch a PPC pro-gram aimed at potential patients. Our committed to achieving a 2.5% Click Through Rate, $1.00 Cost Per Click, 14% Conversion Rate and a $7.14 Cost Per Conversion. After 9 months, our Click Through Rate was 8.17% higher than prom-ised, their Cost Per Click was $0.29 cents lower than promised, their Conversion Rate 2.13% higher than promised and their Cost Per Lead a shocking $2.70 below the manda-tory rate. In fact, the client’s dentists were so thrilled with the increased lead volume that they increased their monthly budgets by 50% to drive even more patient leads. And, thanks to the huge boost in patient leads via their PPC program, they were able to cut significant costs on other forms of marketing.

The client has been with us for 6 months. The client is delighted by the ability to measure true ROI, which they are unable to do with their off-line media. What is remark-able about this campaign is that a large portion of the budget and keyword focus is on taking share away from other luxury vehicle brands. This strategy can be difficult to achieve success with. The client was hoping to achieve at least an 8% conversion rate, which we were able to deliver the very first month.
