MAJOR DEFECTS

Corridor FCU are not accessible for maintenance and there is no properinsulation on the chilled waterline.

Toilet valves should be accessible, existing valves are inside the falseceiling.

Portion of duct which is heater area it should be insulted.

FCU should be insulated completely from outside using aero flexinsulation / rubber sheet.

In Kitchen area are false ceiling should be metallic false ceiling notgypsum board to prevent damages causing from A/C drain pan.

Toilets are made of precast PODs while are having heavy damages.

Aluminum sliding doors should have additional handle and locking
