Barracuda Networks, Inc entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Intronis, Inc. from Greenspring Associates, Inc., OpenView Venture Partners and others for $65 million in cash on September 23, 2015. The transaction is expected to close in fiscal third quarter of 2015.

FactSet Research Systems Inc. entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Portware, LLC from Long Ridge Equity Partners I, L.P., and other shareholders for $265 million in cash on September 21, 2015. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2015.
