1. To begin, visit am.ticketmaster.com/NCAA in a desktop browser. Click ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ in the upper right corner of your screen and log in with the email you provided when purchasing tickets.

2. FIRST LOGIN ATTEMPT? Click ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ in the upper right corner. Find ‘Don’t Have an Account?’ and click ‘Click Here’ to set up your account. Use the email address provided when purchasing your tickets. Once you have completed the form, click ‘SIGN UP’.

3. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Click ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ in the upper right corner. Click ‘Forgot Password’ and use the email address provided when purchasing your tickets.

1. Once you have signed-in to your account on am.ticketmaster.com/NCAA and chosen the event you would like to manage, click ‘Transfer’ in the top right corner of your screen.

2. Choose the tickets you would like to transfer and click ‘Transfer’3. Complete the Recipient Details by entering the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the recipient. You may also

add an optional message if you’d like. Click ‘Transfer’. 4. Your transfer is complete and you will see a confirmation page. Click ‘Done’ to return to the ticket page.

1. Once you have completed the previous steps, your ticket(s) will be viewable. Find the ticket(s) you would like to transfer and tap ‘Transfer’ at the bottom of your screen.

2. Tap the ticket(s) you would like to transfer. 3. Enter the recipient’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address and an optional message and press ‘Transfer’. 4. You will receive a confirmation once the transfer is complete. Tap ‘Done’ to finish.
