The global higher education scene is alive with Innovation & Change. Universities are reforming, adapting and revolutionizing. Migration of international students and faculties continues to escalate with negligible signs of slowing down. Indian Universities can no longer afford to follow the rut while expecting to improve or even maintain their rankings. India, which is known for its academic prowess, is yet to feature in the ‘Top 200’ of any of the reputed global ranking frameworks.

As higher education continues to expand horizons, the global collegial competition for prestige, resources and talent has become vast. Universities can’t escape from the challenges of performing in this environment & with the ever increasing competition the only way forward is continuous improvement. Universities face a variety of unique challenges in the implementation of efficient strategies in this quick paced and competitive global environment. The increasing prominence of international university rankings has also led to increased scrutiny of institutional and national policies.

Among several global rankings, QS Quacquarelli Symonds is considered the most authoritative summation of rankings and has rapidly emerged as de facto league table of performance globally. QS is the only ranking organization that has been approved by the IREG (International Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence), a UNESCO founded organization.

The MASTERCLASSTM offers a broad range of workshops across a variety of disciplines and industry verticals. Harnessing the expertise and specialties from around the globe, our workshops are designed and delivered by the best, awarded professionals whilst also deriving from the skills and expertise of various leaders from specific industry verticals.

The MASTERCLASSTM program targets senior leaders with an interest in personal or professional developments ranging from an accumulation of industry aptitude, global practices, skills, focusing ambition or simple inspiration to help achieve an illustrious status for organizations. In continuation to our aspirations to improve higher education in india, our inaugural MASTERCLASSTM is conceived on ‘world university rankings & its implications’ - a unique & innovative initiative to help indian institutions manage the ranking environment and enhance performance on an enduring basis.

The MASTERCLASSTM intends to enlighten the audience by bringing together higher education leaders with qs world university ranking experts to discuss strategies related to sustainable institutional development, internationalization and innovative management.
