Power-Up Procedure Apply power to the Power Distribution Panel.

1. Push in Circuit Breakers (CB) L1 & L2 located at the top of the AC Control Panel.

2. Push in the DC Control CB located at the top of the DC Control Panel. 3. Place the MAIN POWER Circuit Breaker to ON. 4. Set the BATTERY CHARGER CB to ON. 5. Set the BLACKOUT BYPASS switch to ON. 6. Set the MAIN LIGHTS CB to ON. 7. Push the Battery Bank CB in. 8. Press the DC ON/OFF push button / indicators switch to ON. 9. Set the DC CONTROLS CB to ON.

Apply power to the UPS in the correct order.

10. Set UPS 1 AC INPUT CB to ON. 11. Set UPS 2 AC INPUT CB to ON. 12. Set UPS 1 DC INPUT CB to ON. 13. Set UPS 2 DC INPUT CB to ON. 14. At UPS 1, set the main power toggle switch to ON by holding the

toggle switch to the right until you hear a beep. You will see five green lights lit when UPS is fully charged.

15. At UPS 2, set the main power toggle switch to ON holding the toggle switch to the right until you hear a beep as you did for UPS 1.

16. At the UPS Power Bay CB panel, set UPS 1 AC OUTPUT CB to ON. 17. At the UPS Power Bay CB panel, set UPS 2 AC OUTPUT CB to ON. 18. Set ROADSIDE CB to ON. 19. Set CURBSIDE CB to ON.

Power Down Procedure

Shutdown power to the UPS in the correct order.

1. Set CURBSIDE Circuit Breaker to off.

2. Set ROADSIDE Circuit Breaker to off

3. At the AC UPS Power Bay CB panel, set UPS2 AC OUTPUT Circuit Breaker

to off.

4. At the AC UPS Power Bay CB panel, set UPS1 AC OUTPUT Circuit Breaker to off.

5. At the UPS2, set the main power toggle switch to off by pushing to the

left. Hold this position for a few seconds until all the lights are extinguished then release.

6. At the UPS1, set the main power toggle switch to off just as you did for

UPS2.

7. Set UPS2 DC INPUT Circuit Breaker to off.

8. Set UPS1 DC INPUT Circuit Breaker to off.

9. Set UPS2 AC INPUT Circuit Breaker to off.

10. Set UPS1 AC INPUT Circuit Breaker to off.

11. Set the DC CONTROLS CB to off.

12. On the Power Control panel press the DC ON/OFF pushbutton indicator switch to off.

13. Push the red switches on the Battery Bank Circuit Breaker in.

14. Set the MAIN LIGHTS Circuit Breaker to off.

15. Set the BLACKOUT BYPASS switch to off.

16. On the AC side set the BATTERY CHARGER Circuit Breaker to off.

17. Place the MAIN POWER Circuit Breaker to off.

18. On the DC Control panel pull out in the DC Control CB. 19. On the AC Control panel pull out CBs L2 and L1.

TFTP Directions To a Router Assign an IP address and Subnet Mask to the interface

Assign an IP address within the range of the IP of the interface to the computer with the interface as the gateway of the computer, same subnet mask.

Open your command prompt and ensure you can ping your gateway. KG-175D (TACLANE Micro) PROCEDURES KG-175 (TACLANE Micro) Installation/Operation As the KG-175D requires an Ethernet interface for programming, the Network Manager Laptop must be connected to the KG-175D Ethernet port (with a straight Ethernet cable) and the laptop’s IP address must be configured to be compatible with the KG-175D. The following steps illustrate the procedures needed to install and operate the TACLANE Micro in the JNN/SSS application. The default IPv4 address for the TACLANE Micro console/HMI interface port is 172.16.0.1. It is necessary for the NIPR Management Laptop to be on the 172.16 network. Change the NIPR Management laptop IP address to 172.16.0.2 255.255.0.0 to enable communication with the TACLANE Micro172.16.0.1 console interface. STEP 1:

On the Node Manager Laptop, open up internet explorer and enter the default IP address of the TACLANE 172.16.0.1 in the URL.

STEP 2: Enable SSO privileges: Maintenance>Security>Administration>Enable SSO Privileges STEP 3: Enter PIN number>Select YES STEP 4: Maintenance>Date & Time
