The CS7R6206S series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage LDO regulators manufac-tured using CMOS process. The output voltage is selectable in 100mV increments within a range of 1.5V to 5.0V. The CS7R6206S provides high output current at 250mA at low dropout voltage. The CS7R6206S con-sists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error correction circuit and reverse battery protection. The CS7R6206S outputs an regulated voltage equals the input voltage minus the dropout voltage across the inter-nal power MOSFET when the input voltage is lower than the nominal regulated output voltage.

This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the device. The device has an integrated current limiter, which also oper-ates as a short protection for the output pin. The CE function is active high which enables the IC to output a desired output voltage. When CE is at logic LOW, the output to be turned off (appeared GND), resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. The CE pin has built-in pull-low resistor of resistance 500K , such that the IC will be disabled when CE is float.

General Description
The CS7D6381 is a high efficiency PFM step-up DC-DC converter with low ripple output in small SOT-23-3/5 package. The device consists of an oscillator, a PFM control circuit, a driver transistor, a driving transistor switching protection circuit, a reference voltage unit, and a high speed comparator. Only three external com-ponents are required to provide a fixed output voltage with ±2.5% accuracy. The pulse frequency modulation (PFM) step-up circuit requires a minimum supply current and achieves a small output ripple at light output loading. The device features extremely low start-up voltage and CMOS technology ensures low supply current which are ideal for battery-operated applications powered from one or more cells. The optional build-in enable function of the devices ensures low power consumption during shutdown mode.

CS7D651E Positive and Negative Output DC-DC Controller
General Description The CS7D651E is a dual-output DC-DC converter generating independent adjustable positive and negative output voltages. The CS7D651E can operate from 2.7V to 5.5V to generate a positive voltage up to +15V and a negative voltage down to -15V. The CS7D651E operates in fixed frequency PWM control topology and de-signed with power-save mode control. In typical operation, the conversion efficiency of the positive side and negative side can reach 85% and 81%, respectively. The CS6D651E has a built-in switching power MOSFET that can output more than 1A output current in typical applications (input voltage to output voltage ratio de-pendent). The CS7D651E consumes 500uA quiescent current in normal operation. In shut-down mode, the current consumption can be further reduced to 1uA. The CS7D651E is equipped with separate power-save mode control pins and enable pins to entertain the needs of different power management solution. The high efficiency and low current consumption design of CS7D651E enables it to be powered-up directly by battery. It further equips with separate control pin which can support the use of external power switch to disconnect the CS7D651E from the battery directly. The CS7D651E is packed in a 4mm x 4mm VQFN-24 package, together with internal thermal and overcurrent protection, which promotes the seamless integration of the chip to space sensitive application with highest reliability.

General Description The CS7D9015 is a low power pulse frequency modulated (PFM) DC/DC up converters. The CS7D9015 can operate in low quiescent current at 17μA (typ) in active mode. The CS7D9015 consumes less than 1μA when in shutdown mode by pulling down the CE pin. The CS7D9015 can operate in wide input voltage range from 1V to 12V (1.2V to 12V for CS7D9015B) and generates output voltage up to 34V. General Description
CS7D9044 is a step up DC-DC converter based on asynchronous PWM boost topology at peak current mode with constant switching frequency of 1MHz. Working with an external Schottky diode with a 4.7uH inductor, the CS7D9044 is capable to deliver 3A peak current with a 5V output. In fact the output voltage is adjustable through a resistor feedback network where the feedback voltage is compared against the internal high accuracy reference volt-age of 0.6V to generate a stable output voltage. The CS7D9044 has a wide input voltage of 2.5 ~ 5.5V, and is capable to provide a step up voltage in the same range of 3 ~ 5.5V. The device is available in the small profile SOT23-6L package.

General Description
The CS7D9066A is a high efficiency step-up DC-DC converter using adaptive current mode PWM Synchronous step at 1.2MHz constant frequency, which allows the use of small sur-face mount inductors and capacitors. The device use synchronous-rectified pulse-width modulation boost technology to generate 2.5 to 5.0V outputs from a wide range of inputs, such as 1 to 3 alkaline/NiCd/NiMH cells or a single lithium-ion (Li+) cell. General Description
CS7D9088 is a step up DC-DC converter based on asynchronous PWM boost topology at peak cur-rent mode with constant switching frequency of 1MHz. Working with an external Schottky diode and a 4.7uH inductor, the CS7D9088 is capable to deliver 2A peak current with a 5V output. In fact the output voltage is adjustable through a resistor feedback network where the feedback voltage is com-pared against the internal high accuracy reference voltage of 0.6V to generate a stable output volt-age. The CS7D9088 has a wide input voltage 3V-25V, and can provide a step up voltage in the range of 3.7 ~ 25V. The device is available in the small profile SOT23-6L package.

General Description CS7D8016 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous pulse-width-modulated (PWM) step-down DC-DC con-verter. The internal power switches can provide 1A continuous load current over the input range from 2.5V to 5.5V without the need of external Schottky diode, which make CS7D8016 perfectly suitable for the application of 1-cell Li-ion battery powered space limited appliances, such as cellular phones, PDAs and hand-held devic-es. General Description The CS7D9910 is an open loop, current mode, buck converter based LED driver. The device operates in open loop mode control and thus can achieves good output current regulation without the need for any loop com-pensation. It requires only three external components (apart from the power stage) to product a controlled LED current making it an ideal solution for low cost LED drivers. The device can operate in either constant off-time or constant frequency mode. An internal 8 ~ 450V linear regulator allows the device to work with a wide input voltage range without the need for an external low voltage supply. A PWM output enable pin allows 0 ~ 100% duty ratio control. The PWM output enable pin can accept signal with frequency up to a few kilohertz, and thus can function as electronic dimming control without any flickering problem. Another linear dimming control pin allows a 0 ~ 250mV input to control the PWM duty cycle and thus linearly control the LED current. The PWM dimming response is limited only by the rate of rise and fall of the inductor current.

General Description
The CS7P803 is a cost-effective system supply voltage monitor in digital systems and can provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components are required. The reset output is driven active within 10 μsec of supply voltage falling through the reset voltage threshold. Reset is maintained active for a timeout period. General Description
The CS7D9350 is capable of driving single or multiple series connected LEDs efficiently from a voltage source higher than
the LED voltage. This step-down converter provides an externally adjustable output current of up to 350mA from an input
supply between 7V and 32V. It can even reach 8 watts of output power, depending on supply voltage and external compo-
nents.
The CS7D9350 consists of an output switch and a high-side output current sensing circuit that uses an external resistor to
set the nominal average output current. Through applying an external control signal to the ‘ADJ’ pin, it can adjust the output
current to above or below the set value. The ‘ADJ’ pin will accept either a DC voltage or a PWM waveform to provide a con-
tinuous or a gated output current.

General Description The CS7D9360 is a continuous mode inductive step-down converter, designed for driving single or multiple series connect-ed LEDs efficiently from a voltage source higher than the LED voltage. CS7D9360 operates from an input supply between 6V and 40V and provides an externally adjustable output current of up to 1A. Depending upon supply voltage and external components, this can provide up to 40 watts of output power. The CS7D9360 includes the output switch and a high-side output current sensing circuit, which uses an external resistor to set the nominal average output current. Output current can be adjusted above, or below the set value, by applying an exter-nal control signal to the ‘ADJ’ pin. The PWM filter provides a soft-start feature by controlling the rise of input/output current. The soft-start time can be in-creased using an external capacitor from the ADJ pin to ground. Applying a voltage of 0.2V or lower to the ADJ pin turns the output off and switches the device into a low current standby state.
