Called to order at 7:07 PM by Jost

Approval of April Minutes: moved by Sam, seconded by Janice seconded to approved April and May minutes, passed.

Moved by Janice, seconded by Nancy to table June minutes, passed.

Treasurer Report by Kasey: Check-ing: 15,438.14 Money Mkt: 18, 318.13. Last three Chuckwagons and last two shows are not deposited yet. Invoice needed for tractor forks.

Membership by Veronika: Nothing new, seven still pending.

Committee Reports:

- Chuckwagon: Sam: Still no manager, but she will do a sign up pri-or to shows. About $210 received from All Breed show. Volunteer responses should go to the Board.

- Pony Club: Shelley: Camp ongoing in Fallbrook.

- Polo by Rhonda: PCAL tour-nament is coming up.

- Trails: Ann: Next meeting is 5:30 PM at Lake Poway, July 8.

- Board member of the month: July is AJ, August is Nancy

- Rodeo: N/R

- Drill: No report.

- High Point: N/R

- Rentals: N/R

- High Point: N/R

Horse Shows:

- All Breed: N/R

- Dressage: Janice: Next show is Aug. 4

- Working Equitation: Janice: Netted about $1,300. She was short handed for two parts and was lucky to get two WE International people to help. Next show is August 25.

- Fun Shows: AJ: Next show is October

- Gymkhana: N/R

- Hunter/Jumper: N/R

Old Business:

- Sam and Ann volunteered to put their heads together about how to get word out about desperately needed volunteers at the shows. Every show needs help.

New Business:

- Roster: Sam follow up: She gave Rhonda her old member-ship list that had updates on it.

- Muck rakes for the grounds: Sam donated some and Kasey has some she will donate, too.

JULY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

JUNE 2019 BOARD HIGHLIGHTS

Board Members in Attend-ance: Roger, AJ, Rhonda, Nancy, Kasey, Roger Guest: Louann Schloss Call to order by Rhonda 7:09 PM Louann Schloss: 1) Am I doing work hours, yes or no? 2) Am I do-ing High Point? 3) Is there a roster. Discussion: Rhonda replied, yes, yes, no. Midyear billing is again sus-pended due to roster issue. Rhonda will get her what we currently have. We are trying to prepare for the possible membership changes.

Approval of Minutes: Nancy moved, AJ seconded, to approve May Board minutes. Passed.

Treasurer Report: Kasey: Check-ing – $18,318.13 Money Market: $18,098.12 - Edco was $936. $1100 for water, gate fixed.

- Still waiting for Gymkhana - Kasey moved to approve purchase of tractor forks at approx. $340, after Jim determines fit. Nancy se-conded, approved.

Membership: Veronika: We have 2 summer memberships were okayed: Jessica Bailey and Topo Mendez. 8 pending members, no action on them so far. Martinson, Blount (Rhonda states they should be approved), Larson, Shelby Jelli-son, Sime Pearson/Jordan, Tonya & David Wing, Phillippa, Millie and Ian Mills. Board Member of the Month: July is AJ, June is Jost Trainers Certificates: email for Susan Harris updated Horse Shows: Gymkhana had about 13 entries, Chuckwagon made about $141.

Dressage: $11 collected for waters, no Chuckwagon per Sam. Janice wanted food for judge.

Committees Board Member of the Month: June is Jost, July is AJ No other committee reports.

Old Business: None. New Business No reports. Adjournment: Nancy moved, Ka-sey seconded, Adjourned at 8:19 PM.
