Conference DetailsThe 2018 Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference offers up to 18 hours of small animal, equine and public practice continuing education. The conference will also offer up to 7 hours of technician sessions on Saturday.

Hotel ArrangementsThe Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor is the PRVC host hotel. 

The guest room rate is $199 single/double + taxes and fees. 

Lodging arrangements must be made directly with the Hyatt. For online reservations,  visit www.vvma.org/PRVCattendees or you may call the Hyatt Regency at 410-528-1234 and mention you are with the Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference.

Be sure to make your reservations before October 5 in order to take advantage of the conference room rate. 

ParkingSelf parking is $30/day and valet parking is $42/day.

Spouses & GuestsBe sure to register your spouse/guest if they would like to attend conference continental breakfasts, breaks,  lunches and visit the exhibit hall. Guests are welcome to attend Friday's reception, free of charge.

Exhibit HallVisiting the exhibitors and sponsors at the conference will provide you with relevant information on their products or services for you to take home to your practice. Vendors will be exhibiting all day Friday and through lunch on Saturday.
