We have pleasure to introduce you our new catalogue “WORKTOPS PROGRAM”. The idea of creating this catalogue was to present the Client our complete offer of postforming worktops. You will find here our standard worktops profiles 1500 and 6060 with the total collection of nearly 150 different décors and remaining profiles possible to manufacture. Standard worktops as well as windowsills are offered in lengths from 2440 to 4200 mm, widths from 150 to 1300 mm, thicknesses from 12 to 40 mm, as well tailor-made and edged worktops as finished elements cut to size. Lamintex worktops are available in blanks in standard lengths and widths. Individual dimensions, special qualities and bespoke furniture components available on request. Our postforming worktops are made with the highest quality and designed exactly to the newest market demands and fashion. From the most traditional sorts of stone and marble through the latest trends of fantasy designs to the warmth of wood and the elegance of granite – our worktops provide solutions for unlimited areas of application and represent a high variety of styles. Our worktops are suitable for installation in kitchens and many other modern interior design applications as bathrooms, office furniture, counters, and many other work surfaces. They combine high functionality with modern design and offer high surface resistance. The surface of worktop is flat and smooth, resistant to attrition, scratching, blows and surprisingly easy to maintain.

Our standard worktops collections are 1500 and 6060. The profile model 1500 is our answer for angular and square curves international market trends in home interior applications. This innovative profile with single radius 1,5 mm is one of the sharpest profiles available on the market. It is a combination of advanced and precise technology of manufacturing with very modern and stylish look.Classical and double rounded model 6060 is very popular in modern kitchen applications, made in the thickness of chipboard of 28 as well as 38 mm. Both top and bottom radius of 6,0 mm creates a gentle and elegant look. It can be profiled also on both sides. Moreover we propose the 4545 profile with high gloss laminates collection.

Other profiles possible to manufacture are: halfround 115/145/195, 3030, 5757, 7474, 8080, 3000, 4500, 5500, 6000, 8000, 9500, 9510 and flat 0000. Moreover, reaching our market trends, we propose an innovative profile WaterStop®, made with using a specially cut MDF nose at the top, in profiles: WS 9500 with 2 nose highs – 2 mm and 4 mm, and also WS 9545. This unconventional worktop model prevents the spill of liquids or the fall of objects down the floor, making your interior look modern and original.

Quality Characteristics

The quality characteristics of worktops are dictated by the application of laminate conforming to the norm EN 438 and chipboard agreed to norm EN 312. For standard postformed worktops, the laminate is classified as HGP (Horizontal- General purpose Postforming). That means that it is suitable for horizontal applications with postforming requirements.

For standard postformed worktops, the chipboard is classified as P2 (furniture use). That means that it is suitable for applications of furniture requirements as kitchen, office etc. The chipboard type P3 is suitable for applications placed in space with higher humidity. It is made at special customer`s request.

Areas of Application

Lamintex postforming worktops are suitable for installation in kitchens and many other modern interior design applications as bathrooms, office furniture, counters, and many other work surfaces. We offer the wide range of dimension and modern colors variants.

Storage

It is recommended to store in horizontal position, even in closed and dry areas [approx. 20oC and 50 to 60 % relative humidity] to exclude warping or dimentional changes as a result of climatic conditions. Vertical storage is not recommended. Worktops should be handled and transported with due care.

Processing

Lamintex can be processed with conventional woodworking machines. For cutting every postformed element, usually it should be used the cutting machine with miling cutter.

Care and Cleaning

Tough surfaces of Lamintex worktops do not require any special maintenance, because of their exceptional features: solidity, resistance, hygienic. They are very easy to clean, with water and mild detergents.
