Before starting field research, MAXQDA has been of great help to categorize specific concepts related to the research topic for further analysis.

MAXApp has been useful to collect all kind of data during the fieldwork, especially to write or record notes related to the direct observation of the research problem.

It is easy to quickly navigate to a certain spot in the audio file using function keys.Timestamps are useful to link transcripts with sound. They allow to access the original sound and listen back certain sections.It is of great help to code the typed text during transcription.
