COMPARISONThe poster on the left doesnt work at all in comparison to the one on the right. It has too muchblank black space, which in this case, does not seem to work. The image used is much tooobscure, and it isnt obvious, unlike the one on the right, that it is Daniel Radcliffe. He isrecognisable in the poster on the right and this will make people instantly relate to the posterand want to see the film. The text on the right is really effective and relates to the ghostlytheme of the poster. There is also a strapline on the right hand side poster which is directlyaddressing the viewer. The editing of the image is also a lot more effective, with a hint ofshadowing without completely obscuring his face like the poster on the left. The samefont isused throughout the left hand side poster which doesnt seem to work and looks quiteamature. The word The also does not line up with the other text on the poster which looksreally unprofessional and amature. The direct eye contact in the poster on the right is also alot more dramatic and striking, drawing in the viewer. 6.
