TODD'S GLOBAL PROJECT

Postcard Swap 2012/2013

Part 1 (...continuation)

06 December 2012By Stephen / Australia :

„ (….) here are our photos of the postcards that have been sent to us. We really enjoyed looking at the lovely pictures

and then locating them on our world map. We still one special one to post. It is to be sent very soon (….)“

07 December 2012By Todd / USA :

„ (….) I love this little book that continues to grow. It looks like Stephen/Australia and I had similar ideas for displaying the cards (…) Just as a little story of coincidence, we have been discussing the tilt of the earth's axis and its effects in Science class which led us into a conversation about how

although it is winter here Australia is experiencing the onset of summer. The very next day after this discussion we

received a post card from Stephen's class and it spoke about the summer weather that they are experiencing. My students loved it and thought that it was perfect timing.
