PostalOne! Registration Process
After Application Approval by USPS
– Customers will Receive» PostalOne! Data Exchange Agreement» Site Administrator Designation Form» Customer Request for Access – PS Form 1357-C
– Account Activation» User accounts will be activated after USPS
receives the signed agreement and 1357 forms» FAST specific - users will be provided with a
SchedulerId and a SchedulerCorpId
– Both IDs must accompany all Web Services messages

– Is the system’s authorization interface for business mailers and schedulers
– Authorizes and authenticates all business customers/users of FAST
– Provides updates to business customer/user profiles to FAST
