POST SONA PANEL DISCUSSION ON DRAFT NATIONAL YOUTH POLICY (NYP) 2020 AT ALFRED NZO DISTRICT

MUNICIPALITY ON 25 FEBRUARY 2014

The Eastern Cape DoC held a post SoNA panel discussion with the Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Buthi Manamela leading the

panel. Through this initiative, the Deputy Minister was provided a platform to interact directly with young people of Alfred Nzo

District about their views on the Youth Draft Policy. The panel discussion was broadcast live on radio: Alfred Nzo community radio

and Inkonjane FM. The show was presented by three presenters: Mr Masumpa (HoC Alfred Nzo Nistrict Municipality) Mncedi

Dzingwe (a radio presenter from Alfred Nzo District Municipality) Mr Ndyebo Kopo (RCC Department of Communications)

The Deputy Minister in the Presidency arriving and being welcomed by the polical leader of Alfred Nzo District Municipality and the

youth leader.
